Mrs. Tracy Marler was recently recognized at the Highly Effective VAM Teachers Luncheon, a celebration of her outstanding contributions to education. We are deeply grateful for all that Mrs. Marler does for Pineville High School and our students.
Louisiana’s Value-Added Model (VAM) plays a key role in the teacher evaluation system, measuring the impact teachers have on student learning. A Highly Effective teacher is one whose students demonstrate remarkable academic growth that exceeds expectations. The educators honored at this luncheon not only shape the futures of their students but also play a vital role in strengthening our entire community.
